How do I buy one of your paintings?
Complete a short enquiry form from any page featuring any piece of Art for sale or drop me an email aleksandranemetartist@gmail.com . If you end up falling in love with something I can email you also a video of the painting on the wall. I work with you – personally – by email, and after you choose something I’ll cost up the shipping for you and give you a total price.
At the point of sending I will ask for the agreed price to be paid (which is made up of the cost of the painting plus shipping charges). A bank (IBAN) transfer is my preferred method of payment and will be requested prior to shipping. I do not accept Western Union or other wire transfer services but PayPal is also fine.
Once the money is received I will ship it and provide tracking information taken from the waybill/shipping manifest. Depending on your country the delivery time depends also due to clearance through customs*
*Customs in your country may charge import duty or a handling fee; this is not covered by me and you may be liable for it. Please check beforehand.
How do you manage the packaging of your art?
The Original Art are paintings on stretched canvas ready to hang on your wall! I pack them in wooden crates for a maximum level of safety. The Limited Edition Prints are made by professional supplier on Hi-Quality paper, numbered, signed and with my personal certification, I pack them in a tube. I can email you some pictures of my packaging.
Do you deliver paintings personally and can I see before I buy?
Yes, but keep in mind I live and work in Pula, Croatia, EU.
What if I live outside Croatia?
For EU member countries I will deliver free wherever I can, but there may be some shipping charges involved. For the US and Rest of World there will be freight charges; drop me an email to ask in the first instance.
What happens if I don’t like it after I’ve bought it?
Then I’ll let you chose another one available from my gallery. Of course I am also happy to give you a refund.

Not for now. Working on it, will update...

Do you have art education?
Yes, I’ve graduated the School of Applied Arts and Design in Croatia.
What kind of paints and canvas do you use for the Original Art?
I use only high quality acrylic (Liquitex France) and streched canvas (Winsor&Newton UK).
To protect my Art I apply at the end a layer of professional varnish (Winsor&Newton UK) with UV protection.
Sometimes, when the dimensions are above ordinary, I make by myself the stretched canvas, but I specify this information in the painting details.
